FAGA (Female Androgenetic Alopecia) is a type of hair thinning caused
by the effects of male hormones, similar to male-pattern baldness (AGA) in men.
When factors such as aging or stress disrupt the hormonal balance,
a male hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) inhibits hair growth.
Our bodies contain stem cells, which work to replace damaged or
aging cells with new ones.
At birth, we have over 6 billion stem cells, but this number decreases with age,
dropping to around 30,000 in adulthood.
When hormonal balance is disrupted, the function of hair
follicle stem cells also deteriorates, causing the cells that make up the hair
follicles to underperform.
As a result, the hair growth cycle becomes disrupted,
leading to thinner, shorter hair.
While FAGA shares similar causes and mechanisms with AGA,
it presents a hair loss pattern unique to women.
In the early stages, the hair becomes thinner, and shedding increases.
This thinning is particularly noticeable along the part line,
at the crown, and around the hairline,
where the scalp becomes more visible over time.
Unlike AGA, which typically causes localized
hair loss in the frontal and crown areas,
FAGA tends to result in diffuse thinning across the entire scalp.
A well-known classification system for tracking the progression
of FAGA is the Ludwig classification.
Identifying the Cause
The first step is to determine whether
the cause of hair thinning is FAGA or another type of hair loss. It’s important
to rule out other potential causes.
Hair thinning in women can be caused
by a variety of factors, not just FAGA,
including iron deficiency anemia,
thyroid dysfunction,
hormonal imbalances, and stress.
Starting Treatment
When treating female hair thinning,
lifestyle adjustments and stress management play a crucial role.
In addition to cosmetic approaches,
it’s important to improve overall
health as well.
Since the diagnosis and treatment
of FAGA can vary greatly from
person to person, it’s essential
to work closely with a specialist
to create an appropriate
treatment plan.
Hair follows a natural growth cycle,
but this cycle has its limits.
In FAGA treatment, the longer
the delay between the onset
of symptoms and the start of treatment,
the slower the treatment's effectiveness and the lower the chance of restoring
the original hair density.
Many women struggle with hair
thinning in silence or may find
it difficult to seek treatment at
a clinic due to financial reasons.
As a result, many start with self-care
solutions like hair growth products,
but it’s often hard to see noticeable
results from self-care alone.
If you notice increased hair shedding
or a more prominent part line,
it's important to consult
a specialist as early as possible.
I should introduce myself properly.
I am a nurse and a single mother
of two wonderful daughters.
I find great joy in using my experience
and knowledge as a nurse
to contribute to the health
of my family and the community.
A few years ago, when my daughter
struggled with hair thinning,
I was unable to support her due
to my lack of knowledge about
the condition.
However, I later discovered
a new approach to hair care
using exosomes, and I’ve since
learned and mastered this method
from expert physicians.
Although I haven’t had the opportunity
to provide treatment for
my daughter yet, as she now lives
away from home for her studies,
I work hard every day,
inspired by the thought
of her happy smile.
I hope my expertise can
bring happiness not only
to my daughter but also to all of you.

High Penetration Action
Over-the-counter topical treatments
mainly act on the surface of the scalp,
making it difficult for the active
ingredients to penetrate deep
into the skin.
This issue arises because
the scalp's barrier function
and stratum corneum prevent
effective absorption.
However, with ExoJet, growth factors
and hair growth components can be
injected directly into
the subcutaneous layer.
This ensures that
the active ingredients reach
the hair roots and hair matrix cells
accurately and efficiently,
bypassing the surface barriers.
Direct Approach to the Scalp
Oral medications distribute active
ingredients throughout the entire body,
posing the risk of affecting
unnecessary areas.
This is particularly concerning
with hair growth medications,
as they can lead to side effects
like hirsutism (excessive hair growth)
in women.
On the other hand, ExoJet delivers
the active ingredients directly
to the scalp, allowing targeted action
without spreading to the rest
of the body.
This significantly reduces
the risk of widespread side effects.
Exosomes are extremely small vesicles secreted by cells.
Exosomes contain essential molecules
such as RNA and proteins,
playing a crucial role in transmitting
information between cells.
This allows cells to communicate
with each other, aiding
in the repair of damaged cells
and the regulation of cellular functions.
maxNFC
(containing 780 billion exosomes)
is a human stem cell-derived culture
supernatant based on cutting-edge
regenerative medicine technology.
It combines four types of
stem cells—dental pulp, adipose,
bone marrow, and umbilical
cord blood—rather than being
limited to adipose or dental
pulp sources.
To ensure consistent therapeutic effects,
maxNFC undergoes a rigorous
process in which the stem cells used
in cultivation are meticulously
compared and analyzed.
From this process, a specific type
of stem cell known as "super cells,"
which consistently produce
the most stable and superior
exosomes, is selected.
These "super cells" undergo
immortalization to avoid generational
passage during cultivation,
ensuring a stable supply
of high-quality exosomes
and cytokines.
This proprietary technology is protected
by patents and has been recognized
as a groundbreaking innovation
with no comparable
techniques worldwide.
Let me explain our human stem
cell-derived culture supernatant
made from domestically sourced
umbilical cord (Wharton's jelly).
This product uses rare, highly active,
and youthful mesenchymal
stem cells derived from
the umbilical cord.
The materials used are clinical-grade
culture media and laminin
(extracellular matrix) coatings,
which are employed in advanced
regenerative medicine,
such as in the use of iPS cells.
These culture media are free
of animal-derived components,
ensuring a high level of safety.
The mesenchymal stem cells derived
from human umbilical cord used
in this product have been
thoroughly tested and shown
to be free of viruses like HIV-1,
HIV-2, HBV, HCV, HTLV-1, HTLV-2,
and mycoplasma or bacterial infections.
Before shipment, the product
undergoes rigorous testing under
the same standards used in cell
processing facilities for regenerative
medicine, which includes
the following checks:
Bacterial testingEndotoxin
testingCytokine testing
Compared to conventional
culture media, this product uses
components that are best suited
to maintain stem cell activity,
such as cell proliferation ability
and gene expression during cultivation.
Due to the high-quality materials used,
the cost of raw materials is several
dozen to a hundred times more
expensive than that of standard alternatives.
The two types of EXO Pure,
derived from domestically sourced
dental pulp and adipose tissue,
are ultra-high-concentration
stem cell culture supernatants,
boasting an extraordinary
cytokine content.
Tests conducted at industry-leading
testing facilities have shown
that the cytokine content
is significantly higher compared
to other products, with TGF-β
levels 270 times higher and
VEGF levels 375 times higher.
Additionally, each product
contains over 20 billion exosomes.
This product is entirely free
of antibiotics, preservatives,
and additives like EGF. It is produced
by highly skilled experts using
a proprietary natural cultivation
method to create a 100% pure,
ultra-high-concentration stem cell
culture supernatant.
The stem cell-derived
exosome-enriched culture supernatant
used at our salon is a high-quality
and safe product, also utilized
as a medical-grade IV treatment
at our affiliated comprehensive
medical clinic.
These culture supernatants are
produced in facilities approved
by the Ministry of Health, Labour,
and Welfare.
The stem cells used as the raw
material for the supernatant
are never frozen; instead,
fresh stem cells are collected
from donors and cultured within
24 hours to ensure maximum quality.
Frozen stem cells can suffer damage,
so by using fresh cells, we maintain
the highest quality standards.
Typically, exosomes can be stored
for a specified period after opening.
However, at our salon, we use
an entire vial of exosomes in a single
treatment for each customer.
This ensures that fresh and sufficient
amounts of exosomes are used,
providing enhanced results
and higher satisfaction.

Feel free to consult us about
your concerns with confidence.
You can expect
improvements in scalp health,
as well as enhanced hair
volume and texture.
Additionally, the treatment
promotes new blood vessel
formation and helps reduce
inflammation, which may
alleviate scalp issues and
normalize the hair growth cycle.
Typically, one treatment
per month is enough
to notice results, but this
can vary from person
to person.
Depending on the progress,
we may adjust the treatment
plan through consultations.
The stem cell culture supernatant is a concentrated liquid that does not contain cells and can be used safely in standard stem cell injection therapies.
However, individual reactions may vary, and mild side effects such as redness or itching of the skin may occur.
Through online consultations with our affiliated comprehensive clinic, we will work together to create a care plan tailored to your needs.
